In 2007, the company staked on an innovative development path and embarked on the path of technical re-equipment. For three years, the latest technologies in the field of footwear production were put into operation: automated shoe design, automatic cutting, automatic lines for the production of blanks, automatic lines for the tide of polyurethane and rubber soles of different densities.
Technical re-equipment allowed and allows the Yachting shoe factory to do without placing blanks in countries such as India, China, Vietnam, and to produce shoes from start to finish in Russia. This approach means quality control at all stages, greater flexibility in the production of shoes in accordance with the needs of customers, as well as shorter production times, since there is no need to spend time on approval and placing an order in third countries.
The experience and qualifications of the staff, as well as modern equipment, allow us to fulfill customer orders on time and with excellent quality. At the moment, the volume of production is 60,000 pairs per month, the assortment of the factory consisted of more than 200 models of work shoes. All of them have successfully passed the test of time and have proven themselves at various enterprises in Russia.
Meeting our consumers halfway, since 2010 at the shoe factory, the process of unification of models has begun for an easier understanding of the assortment, the process is underway to increase production capacity to 1,000,000 pairs per year.
We are able to satisfy the requests of any enterprises of the industrial complex of Russia, enterprises of departmental and non-departmental security, structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Railways, as well as foreign clients.
